For the convenience of your customers and to expedite processing of heat-pump installation incentives, you may print the Dealer Heat Pump Notification Form, fill in the required information on behalf of your customer, attach the required copy of the customer’s invoice, and mail or fax it to our attention:

Once received in our office, please allow four to six weeks for incentive processing. The installation incentive will be sent directly to the customer.

 

In order for the customer to receive an incentive, the customer must be an electric customer directly served and billed by BPU for energy usage.
