Commercial or industrial customers who have experienced an electrical disturbance due to a storm or any other cause should first report the disturbance by calling the 24-hour electrical outage phone line at: (913) 573-9522.

 

If additional information is needed regarding the reason and/or BPU’s resulting action concerning an outage please complete the Commercial and Industrial Electrical Disturbance Form. A BPU representative will reply with the results of your inquiry within two business days.
