Sign Up for the MyMeter Customer Portal

The all-new online MyMeter tool

allows you to view your bill, make
a payment, monitor electric and

water usage, and more!

Customers must register in order to access
their BPU account in the new online MyMeter
customer portal. If you are enrolled in scheduled
credit card payments, you do not have to register.
However, you will need to reset your password to
log-in. This can be done via the "Forgot Password"
button at the top of MyMeter.bpu.com.

A MyMeter
app is also
available through
the App Store, or the
Google Play Store.
Simply search for
KCBPU.

How to Enroll...

You can access MyMeter via the ‘My Account’ button on the
top of bpu.com or by simply visiting MyMeter.bpu.com!

Once you’ve reached the My Account portal, select ‘Register’ and follow the
prompts to create a new account. You will need to provide your account number Your Utility
and the name of the account (exactly as it appears on your bill). Account Info is
• Residential customers will use their date of birth as their registration code.
• Commercial customers will use the phone number on their account as Just a Click Away!
