All suppliers should register as a BPU Prospective Supplier in order to participate in negotiations through our Strategic Sourcing System.

If your company is currently a supplier with BPU and has already been issued a user ID and password, visit the Supplier Portal for Authorized Suppliers to update your information as necessary, including updating the list of categories your company can supply. When Request for Quotes for these items are created, your company will be notified to participate in bidding opportunities.
