How to Become a Supplier
All suppliers should register as a BPU Prospective Supplier in order to participate in negotiations through our Strategic Sourcing System. If your company is currently a supplier with BPU and has already been issued a user ID and password, visit the Supplier Portal to update your information as necessary.

EXISTING SUPPLIER
Sign in to the Supplier Portal
Already an Authorized Supplier with a user ID and password? Update your information as necessary, including the list of categories your company can supply. When Request for Quotes for these items are created, your company will be notified to participate in bidding opportunities.

BPU encourages Prospective and Current Suppliers to register for an account with DemandStar, an online purchasing network. DemandStar offers immediate and automatic notification of purchasing opportunities with BPU. Registering for DemandStar is free.
