Size 0–69 kW
Small General Service
Provided to commercial customers having a monthly demand of 0 through 69 kW for general service use.
E250
Size 70–1,000 kW
Medium General Service
Provided to commercial and industrial customers having a monthly demand of 70 through 1,000 kW for general service use.
E300
Size 1,001–4,000 kW and Above
Large General Service
Provided to commercial and industrial customers having a monthly demand of 1,001 through 4,000 kW for general service use.
E400
Size 4,001 kW and Above
Large Power
User
Provided to commercial and industrial customers having a monthly demand of 4,001 kW and above.

Private Area Lighting
Provided to customers who request outside area lighting.
Key Variables Worth Watching
As with any business, there are key variables that we monitor closely. They too can affect your monthly billing.
Energy Rate Component (ERC)
Provides for the recovery of the Utility’s power supply costs related to fuel and purchased power and applies to all retail Electric rate classes.
Environmental Surcharge (ESC)
Provides for the recovery of the Utility’s capital investment in projects required to meet Federal, State or Local environmental regulations and applies to all Electric rate classes.
