Notice of 2027 Transmission Formula Rate Update Customer Meeting
In accordance with its Formula Rate Implementation Protocols, the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities will hold its annual Transmission Formula Rate Update Customer Meeting for the 2027 Rate Year.

Meeting materials and participation information are available through the Southwest Power Pool Member Related Postings page.
Select Kansas City Board of Public Utilities, then open the folder titled KCBPU 2026 Annual TFR Update for 2027 Rate Year.
The folder includes the meeting notice and participation instructions, meeting presentation, formula rate template, and KCBPU’s 2025 audited financial information.
